Runemage Recommended Tile Combos
3 Proc with Frostbolt 2 and Firebolt 2 Alternating
For a quick proc, use Tile A, Tile g (looks like a Z with a cross through it), and Tile U on one set of gear or a weapon, and do the same combo in reverse on another. If you can quickly chain Firebolt 2 and Frostbolt 2, you will get the maximum of 3 procs activated and keep them going consistently.
Ideally you want 3 sets to keep 3 procs activated continuously
So any of the following would work as a tileset and can be stacked on different pieces of armor or weapons:
4 Proc with Frostbolt 2 and Firebolt 2 Alternating (Extended)
This provides an extra boost when first entering combat
So the four runesets we'll be using are
,, ,(Gets a small penalty for skipping the ) ,,,(Gets a boost for being a 4 proc) ,, ,, , (Gets a small penalty for skipping the ) ,, (This was incorrectly this before: ,,)
Warrior Recommended Tile Combos
3 Proc with Wound Combo
For a quick proc, use three tiles.
If you want the combo to work on your first set, but not after, use Tile t. If you want your combo to work on second combo and all that follow during that same series, use Tile g. For Tile g to activate, there does need to be a bit of delay, but if you block with your shield, that may be enough of a delay in the switch between sword and shield.
- Second tile: Tile A, which represents Wound
- Third tile: The swing speed tile
Use whichever tile represents your swing speed best - , , or . For more information, see the Warrior section of the Rune Translation wiki page.
3 Proc with Provoke Combo

Medium speed provokes recommended for beginners or if you just can't proc high speed:

Musketeer Recommended Tile Combo
Simple 3 Proc: Poison Orb/Renew Orb
When the musketeer is going for damage, they will typically reach for the poison orb. This simple 3 proc can be triggered through a single poison orb shot, as well as the renew orb since both poison and renew trigger the same rune (Tile o).
Tile M, is a hit speed tile. Since musketeer hits at a consistently delayed pace, you will not see a faster hit tile used for musketeer as you would for a Warrior or Ranger, unless the damage turret is out and attacking the same target that you are shooting.
Tile o, represents the poison orb and its status on the enemy, as well as the renew orb and its status on an ally. NOTE: THIS ORB CAN BE SWAPPED FOR ANY OTHER. See the rune translation wiki page to swap out for all the other musketeer orb options.
Thus any of the following combination will work:
Also, because the poison/renew status is also reflected by Tile o, this tileset will also proc when your character is poisoned/renewed and simultaneously shooting.
Ranger Recommended Tile Combo
The rapid-fire ranger does the most single target damage when using a poison arrow and a piercing arrow. The standard rotation is to use a charged poison shot, a piercing shot, build up your rapid-fire meter and repeat once your arrows are ready again. Depending on your rhythm, stamina, and preference this can be utilized to give a burst of large single target damage for a short time and a consistent stream of average damage while waiting for the rotation to cycle.
Some important tiles for the ranger are timing tiles, each tile is based on a the amount of hits done in a given time period (about 1.5 seconds)
The other important thing to note is that certain types of arrows can add a different number of hits. For example, poison adds 1 extra hit and a charged arrow add 1 extra hit.
The standard tile set for a rapid-fire ranger utilizes a standard 4 proc that goes as follows:
Using the 4 proc as a basis you can add a 5th tile to the end and change your rhythm to match the tiles you need to proc. The options include:
Choose a combination based on the type of rhythm you can maintain and the play-style you prefer.
